1. Who we are
Solera ("we", "us") operates solerrra.com and the mobile message programme described in our SMS Terms. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
2. What we collect
Mobile number. Collected only when you submit it yourself on our website, together with a record of your consent — the date, time and the page you submitted it from.
Basic technical data. Standard information your browser sends when it requests a page, such as IP address, browser type and referring page. We use this to keep the site working and secure.
We do not collect payment information on this site.
3. Why we collect it
To send you the drop notice you asked for, to keep the record of consent that carriers and applicable law require us to hold, and to operate and secure the site.
4. Who we share it with
We use Klaviyo, Inc. as our messaging provider. Your number and consent record are stored on their platform so the messages can be sent.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your number for as long as you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain a suppression record so that we do not text you again, and a record of your original consent for the period required by applicable law.
6. Your choices
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email hello@solerrra.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising a right.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Our message programme is for subscribers 18 and over.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
