1. The programme

Solera ("Solera", "we", "us") operates a recurring mobile message programme that notifies subscribers when a drop goes live. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box at solerrra.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Consent

You consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Solera at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may buy from us without joining the programme.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the number you submitted is your own, and that you are authorised to consent to receive messages at it. If your number changes or is reassigned, notify us at the support address below.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. We text when we drop and for closely related programme messages.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Solera does not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.

5. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again on our website.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us using the details in section 8.

6. Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

7. Privacy

Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

8. Contact

Questions about the programme: hello@solerrra.com

9. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
